Cancelation & no show policy

We require 24hrs notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

If you cancel with less than 24hrs notice you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your cancelled treatment. This is to be paid at your next appointment additional to the price of your service.

If you have previously NO SHOWED or Late Cancelled to an appointment you are required to pay a non-refundable Booking Fee of the price of your treatment as well as 50% of the missed treatment in advance before your appointment will be booked in.
