What payments do you accept?

We accept payments from Paypal and all major credit card providers, such as Amex, MasterCard, Visa and AfterPay and Zippay

Do you offer returns and refunds?

Yes! We confidently back our products, therefore if you are not completely satisfied with your product, we will issue you a refund. Email the NCB Salons™ team at sales@ncbsalons.com.au and we will happily send you the return instructions.

There is an issue with the application in Google Play or the App Store

If you see a problem please call right away and we will fix it as fast as possible or contact our tech support at sales@nakedtech.com.au

Shipping or delivery issues

We do our best to ship orders out the same day if ordered before 10 am AEST, however, some orders may take longer.All orders ship with Australia Post.All express orders ship with Australia Post Express. *Please note orders to WA may take up to 5 working days with Express

International Orders (outside of Australia):

Express orders ship via DHL Express and standard orders via DHL Global Mail. Please refer to our checkout page for detailed pricing.All international orders shipped outside of Australia with DHL may attract custom taxes and duties upon entry that will need to be paid by the customer.All packages deliver Monday-Friday.In the unlikely event that you need to return something, please view our Returns & Refund Policy.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Yep, if you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. That's why we'll happily give you your money back on any of the NCB Salons™ product range. All we ask is that you try our products and if you are not completely happy, simply return the items within 30-days from the date of delivery (and yes the items need to be returned) and we'll refund you. Parcel Protection and shipping costs are non refundable.Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order and all you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost) and you'll receive your refund. Only items returned will be approved for a refund.To initiate a return, simply email us at All you'll need is your order number and the email used when the order was placed and our team will reply with detailed instructions on how to return your item for a refund.
